The world is in a mess; and to a greater or lesser extent each of us knows we are in a mess. At the bottom of this mess is the lack of a harmonious, loving relationship with God our Maker.
However, God has acted decisively in history to rectify this, in the person of Jesus of Nazareth. And now the Spirit of God is leading people to connect to him, by means of being honest about ourselves and our lack of love for God, and also by means of trusting in Jesus, the way, the truth and the life.
Once Jesus is in your life, it makes things different — there is a new relationship with God and a new way of handling life and of loving people.
What we do
As a church, we seek to be a Welcoming Christ-Centered Community. We each long to grow in grace, understanding and obedience to what God calls us to do through his word. We pray for and seek to be faithful to one another and to make the way to God through Jesus clear to those we know and love.
We want to foster inclusivity in the church and to partner with those living in the neighbourhood as we seek to serve people around us. We long to see everyone live life to the full, as Jesus described it, being at peace with others, in harmony with the environment and embraced by God.
Our basis of faith is that of the Evangelical Alliance, click here to view.
